To begin the process, please email admissions@ilovepca.com with the following information:
- Child's complete name
- Date of birth
- Grade going into for the 2023-2024 school year
- Completed report cards from the last two (2) school years, in addition to this current school year
- Interpretation of grading scale
- Standardized assessment scores (Elem and Middle School only)
- Letter(s) of recommendation from all schools attended
- Disciplinary records from school(s)
- IEP/any special needs
- If in preschool/daycare, progress reports from all years attended, along with letters of recommendation
